The popularity of essential oils has led to their use in aromatherapy, massage, and as a mouthwash. They are also used in food, cosmetics, and cleaning products.


The benefits of using essential oils include relief from stress, anxiety, and pain; treatment of respiratory problems, including bronchitis and pneumonia; and improvement in mood and feelings of well-being. Some of the main uses of essential oils include inhalation for relaxation, relaxation of the digestive system, and relief from colds and flu.
