Essential Oil Repellent Recipes





Here are some essential oil repellent recipes for different types of insects and animals:


1. Mosquito Repellent Spray:

- 15 drops of lemon eucalyptus oil

- 10 drops of citronella oil

- 5 drops of peppermint oil

- 1/4 cup of witch hazel

- 1/4 cup of distilled water


Mix all ingredients in a spray bottle and shake well before use. Spray onto exposed skin and clothes as needed.


2. Ant Repellent Spray:

- 15 drops of peppermint oil

- 15 drops of tea tree oil

- 1/4 cup of distilled water


Mix all ingredients in a spray bottle and shake well before use. Spray onto areas where ants are present.


3. Spider Repellent Spray:

- 10 drops of peppermint oil

- 10 drops of lavender oil

- 10 drops of tea tree oil

- 1/4 cup of distilled water


Mix all ingredients in a spray bottle and shake well before use. Spray onto areas where spiders are present.


4. Flea Repellent Oil:

- 10 drops of lavender oil

- 10 drops of cedarwood oil

- 1/4 cup of carrier oil (such as coconut oil or almond oil)


Mix all ingredients in a small glass bottle and shake well before use. Apply a small amount onto your pet's fur and rub it in.


5. Tick Repellent Spray:

- 10 drops of rosemary oil

- 10 drops of geranium oil

- 10 drops of cedarwood oil

- 1/4 cup of distilled water


Mix all ingredients in a spray bottle and shake well before use. Spray onto exposed skin and clothes before going out into wooded areas.
